ABB’s transformation of The Promenade site employs an indigenous rock outcropping to enhance the building entry and 12,000 SF of upper deck improvements to offer new outdoor amenities for residents in this prior Mitchell-Lama property. 

As part of the rock outcrop entry, ABB designed new identity signage, plantings, paving, contemporary railings, fencing, gates, and lighting. To maximize waterfront views the on-deck recreational areas feature a raised wood deck along the riverside. Additional amenities include pergola-covered lounge areas with moveable furniture and lush plantings, a multi-use central lawn area, and a children’s area with a climbing play structure, freestanding play elements, and a turf play space.
